Building completely customised reports in xpna is simple and intuitive. And unlike other spreadsheet-based tools, your data is never stored in the workbook, so it's always up to date.
Integration
Connecting QuickBooks Online to xpna is easy. Once the connection is established, xpna will automatically sync new transactions to its secure database on a schedule, but you can also update the data in seconds on demand.
If you're connecting multiple QuickBooks companies, xpna will automatically map accounts into a common chart based on their account codes, but you can modify this if your charts of accounts are not perfectly aligned.
XPNA has made tailored reporting a dream. We love that the live Xero information is ready at our finger tips without unnecessary exports and imports.
We do ensure to save the reports as values once finalised in Excel to keep the data at a certain point in time, though this is as easy as copy and paste in Excel. I cannot recommend enough, wish I had found the app sooner for our workpapers and our client's management reporting.
